Why We roll
The Salted Bison was born out of a love for Buffalo and the joy of gathering around good food. We wanted to create something that feels at home at a Bills tailgate, a wedding, or a street fair—pretzels that are more than a snack. Our mission is simple: serve warm, hand-rolled pretzels with unforgettable flavor, and create moments people want to come back for again and again.

Our truck is more than a rolling kitchen—it’s a canvas for Buffalo pride. On the side, you’ll find a massive Where’s Waldo–style mural that doubles as a love letter to the Bills Mafia. It captures the energy of a true Buffalo tailgate, packed with fans, food, and fun. Look closely and you’ll spot legendary Bills superfans, hidden Easter eggs, and plenty of Buffalo-themed surprises woven throughout the scene. Just like our pretzels, it’s bold, playful, and built to celebrate the spirit of Buffalo. When you see The Salted Bison truck, you’re not just getting food — you’re stepping into a piece of hometown culture.

To Joey, a pretzel isn’t just food—it’s a work of art. He’s constantly thinking up new flavors, playful branding, and ways to celebrate Buffalo’s unique spirit.
Brandon
Brandon is the connector, the insider, and the guy who always knows what’s happening in Buffalo’s food and beverage scene. With his ear to the ground and a knack for building relationships, he keeps The Salted Bison plugged into the best events, festivals, and community happenings. Brandon makes sure our pretzels don’t just taste amazing—they show up in all the right places, from Bills tailgates to local breweries and beyond.
