$60 delivery fee within 30 driving miles of our Batavia departure location.
Beyond 30 miles, add $3 per additional one-way driving mile, up to 45 miles.
Longer trips, staffed indoor service and equipment rentals are quoted separately.
Private food truck catering
The Salted Bison truck comes to your event for a reserved serving window.
$750 food-and-beverage minimum.
$300 truck service fee, including two staff, setup, up to two hours of serving and cleanup of our service area.
Travel within 35 driving miles of our Batavia departure location is included.
Beyond 35 miles, add $4 per additional one-way driving mile, up to 60 miles.
Additional serving time is $100 per hour, arranged in advance.
Larger groups requiring additional staff or longer trips receive a custom quote.

Before you book
Truck service replaces the delivery fee. Packages provide the listed servings for your confirmed guest count; additional portions are quoted separately.
Minimum charges apply even when the selected guest count totals less than the minimum. Your quote will show the food, service, travel and applicable sales tax before you book. The truck service fee covers operations and is not a gratuity.
Dates are subject to kitchen and crew availability. Winter truck bookings also require suitable access and operating conditions.
